Clay Thompson takes care of the children.
The Golden State Warriors made their first trip to the NBA Finals on Wednesday. It didn’t go well. The Boston Celtics won 116-100 and took a 2-1 lead in the series. And the Celtics fans were – well, the Celtics fans.
After Test Games 1 and 2 saw Warriors performer Draymond Green go into full harassment mode in San Francisco, Celtics fans greeted him as expected in Boston in Game 3. With a chorus of booing during the performance before the game:
And a repetitive chant throughout the game, for which we will not post a video here. But something like that happened: Fuck you, Draymond.
Really smart stuff.

Thompson was salty after the game. The loss was definitely not fun. As for Draymond’s chant? So what about the kids?
“We’ve played in front of rude people before,” Thompson said. “Throwing F-bombs with kids in the crowd. Really cool. Good job, Boston.”
Warriors coach Steve Kerr was also asked about Draymond’s treatment. His answer was more succinct.
“Great,” Kerr said. – Very elegant.
How about the purpose of the chant? What does Green think?
He’s not the type to provide food for a Boston fan press conference. And obviously don’t worry about the kids.
