Denise Van Outen is moving away from her former love rat Eddie Boxhall.
The 48-year-old star is dating a real estate developer, eight months after she dumped her boyfriend, which is seven years after she caught him talking to other women.
Sources told MailOnline that the star is happily dating her new husband Jimmy a few weeks after she was introduced by a mutual friend.

Denise and Jimmy met through All Saints star Shaznay Lewis, and an insider revealed that they had been on “several dates.”
“The bottom is early, but everything is going very well and Denise is happy,” said the source.
Denise has revealed that she broke up with Eddie in a New Year’s post on Instagram after she first discovered his infidelity in November 2021.
She caught Eddie sexually flirting with three women and described his behavior as “disrespectful and devastatingly hurtful.”
Separation: Denise announced that she broke up with Eddie in January after realizing that he had cheated on her during their seven-year relationship (pictured February 2020).
Denise claims to have found photos and Instagram messages on Eddie’s iPad describing the ordeal in her autobiography, A Bit Of Me: From Basildon To Broadway And Back.
Denise wrote: “There were also messages on Instagram that hinted at phone sex with a third woman. I quickly found the woman’s profile by her screen name, only to find that I had previously blocked her on my Instagram account – which seemed strange to me.
She continued: “This was a woman I didn’t know who obviously had an online relationship with my boyfriend. Why would I block it from my Instagram account. I immediately unblocked her and texted her that she knew Eddie.

She added: “She suggested that Eddie had probably hacked into my phone and blocked it so he couldn’t send me a message.
“She obviously spoke to Eddie on FaceTime and via text messages for a long time – often from our home and sometimes from my apartment in Hampstead, which she seemed to think was his.
“They never met in person, but she said the conversations became sexual relatively quickly – some of the things I found on the phone seemed to support that.
“But she was upset by Eddie because he was obviously a ghost.”
The TV star recently told about the embarrassing moment when he told his 12-year-old daughter Betsy about the separation.
Denise, who is Betsy’s parent with her ex-husband Lee Mead, said sharing the news with her daughter was the “worst part” of the separation.

“I tore at her watching her cry as I tried to make her understand,” Denise recalls to OK! magazine.
The return of 48-year-old Eddie was not an option for the TOWIE narrator, as she explained.
“I have too much self-esteem and I just can’t live like that. I had the feeling that in a few selfish moments he had ruined it. I couldn’t imagine ever feeling the same way, “she admitted.
Eddie moved out of Denise’s home after their shock separation and is now thought to be staying with friends.
Meanwhile, Denise’s close friend Duncan James, from the boy band Blue, replaced Eddie in the current Celebrity Gogglebox series, taking his place on the couch besides Denise for the popular Channel 4 show.
