Ezra Miller has been charged with burglary after they allegedly broke into a Vermont home in May.
The Flash star, 29, was accused of breaking and entering at the Stamford, Vermont, home in a complaint, TMZ reported Monday.
Miller, who uses the pronouns they/them, has remained off the radar in recent months, but it was reported that they were found Sunday night and ordered to appear before Bennington Superior Court Criminal Division in late September.

According to a Vermont State Police report, Miller was located by police at 11:23 p.m. ET Sunday when they were issued an appearance citation on Sept. 26.
Police reportedly received a complaint shortly after the alleged burglary in early May.
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage from the area and took statements from witnesses before charging the actor. The area where Miller is accused of stealing is described as an “unoccupied residence.”
Rolling Stone previously reported in June that the “Fantastic Beasts” star had a 25-year-old mother and three young children living at their farm in Stamford, where firearms were reportedly left.

One person interviewed for the story claimed that a one-year-old child on Miller’s property — allegedly an unlicensed cannabis farm — was found with a stray bullet in his mouth.
Miller has been the subject of numerous controversies in recent months, and they have been accused of disturbing and violent behavior since at least 2020.
In the same year, they were accused of strangling a woman in a bar in Iceland.
Most recently, a woman claimed to Variety that Miller became belligerent and harassed her in her Berlin apartment after she told them they couldn’t smoke indoors.
“It just fired them up,” said the woman, who was identified only by her first name, Nadia. “I asked them to leave about 20 times, maybe more. They started insulting me. I’m a “transphobic piece of shit.” I’m a “Nazi”. It became so, so stressful for me. They went around my house, looked at everything, touched everything, spread tobacco leaves on the floor. It felt disgusting and very intrusive.
She was only able to get Miller to leave after a half-hour standoff, when she finally called the police and the incident left her feeling “unsafe.”

Last month, it was reported that the investigation had been closed because Miller was no longer in the country.
The troubled actor was arrested twice in Hawaii this year, once for lewd and lascivious behavior and another time for second-degree assault.
The “We Need to Talk About Kevin” actor was also accused of harboring teenage runaway Tokata Iron Eyes, whose parents filed a restraining order against the star.
The actor is also said to have tried to get into bed with the teenager – a member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe – during a trip to London when Iron Eyes was just 14, DailyMail.com reported.
Toccata’s mother, Dr. Sarah Jumping Eagle, said she and her lawyer husband Chase Iron Ice have “no idea” where the 18-year-old is – after filing legal papers for a protection order against Miller on behalf of their activist child.
The mother said she last saw Toccata in Santa Monica on May 29 in a harrowing street encounter after she and Chase flew out of their home in North Dakota following a tip that the teenager was in California with the Flash star.

Miller and Toccata jumped into a taxi after being confronted and fled, she said.

The parents claim in a lawsuit that the actor drugged their minor child with drugs, including LSD, and disrupted their Massachusetts private school to the point that they dropped out of Bard College in Simon’s Rock in December.
When they flew to Miller’s home in Stamford, Vermont, in January to pick up Toccata, they allegedly found bruises on their child’s body. Tokata also no longer had a driver’s license, car keys, or bank card.
Despite Miller’s numerous controversies and legal battles, their upcoming DC/Warner Bros. superhero film. The Flash is still slated for release and is currently in post-production.
Warner Bros. confirmed that the film is slated for a June 2023 release during a Q2 call last week.
Warner Bros. CEO Discovery’s David Zaslav said: “We’ve been watching The Flash, Black Adam and Shazam 2. We’re very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they’re great, and we think we can make them even better.
In June, Deadline reported that Miller had been removed from all future DC films, though the studio has no plans to shelve The Flash, which is likely to be a lucrative release.
