Getting out of dinner is better than skipping breakfast to lose weight, experts say.

The researchers analyzed 250 studies looking at the time people ate and its effect on appetite and edema.

Experts say that the last meal of the day before 15:00 can help you lose weight

They concluded that eating the last meal before 15:00 is the best way to lose weight.

Time-limited diets, in which the weaker eat over a limited period of time, have grown in popularity.

But research shows that fasting in the evening and at night is more effective than skipping breakfast.

Dr Courtney Peterson of the University of Alabama, USA, said: “Our greatest vigilance, testosterone production and, for most people, our best blood sugar control is in the morning.

“So your metabolism is somehow optimized (for nutrition).” Her team also found that volunteers were less hungry when they ate between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

It is said that this proves that earlier consumption helps to better regulate appetite.

Separate studies in obese men show that dinner before 15:00 also improves heart health.

The findings were presented at the European Congress on Obesity in Maastricht, the Netherlands
