Pep Guardiola showed off his dance moves as Manchester City celebrated their triumph for the Premier League title with an open-air bus parade.

City Guardiola’s boss drank beer and smoked a cigar as he and his players paraded in the Premier League trophy in front of thousands of Manchester fans. Guardiola, who won four league titles in five seasons with an epic 2-0 return on Sunday and beat Aston Villa 3-2, paid tribute to his players and City fans.

“This is the most difficult league and we have won four since we have been here,” Guardiola said. “I see happiness in people’s faces. I’m the best dancer on my team! We’ll do it tonight.”

Rahim Stirling and Gabriel Jesus were the only ones absent from the party. City said Stirling was not present for personal reasons while Jesus was with his wife, who was due to give birth.

Ilkay Gundogan, who came out of the bench and scored twice, including a goal for the title, added to the festivities, promising his future at the club.

The German has one year left from the current contract, which leads to speculation that he may leave this summer. But Gundogan promised to stay in City next season and said: “I am very calm. I’ve been here for six years.
