Jackass star Bam Margera has reportedly disappeared from a rehabilitation facility in Florida, which he was not allowed to leave, TMZ reports.
The publication received a police report from Delray Beach stating that the facility’s manager had reported a missing star on Monday (June 13th).
He said Bam was not happy with the services provided, so he decided to leave.
The report states that Bam left to go to another facility in the area and left in a black sedan.
Bam was in the facility on a court order, and staff were concerned that he appeared to be leaving without the permission of staff.
However, officials said Bam did not appear to be a danger to himself or others – but police looking for him have not yet found the star.

He broke his wrist and elbow in a skateboard accident a month earlier and accused the rehab center of failing to arrange physical therapy classes for the injury.
Sources added to TMZ that Bam was placed in a “sober living facility” and recently got into an argument with his wife Nicole Boyd.
Sources added that he had “problems with the limitations of the facility” and then made the “impulsive decision” to leave.

Bam posted a photo of the couple together on social media, writing: “Best friend is hard to find, hard to leave and impossible to forget. Happy birthday, Ryan.”
Bam and Ryan are known to be best friends, although his friend unfortunately died on June 20, 2011 after a terrible car accident.

Family and friends are said to be working to bring Bam back to the facility.
However, Bam’s latest post on social media came yesterday (June 14th), when he shared a photo of him with his “new AA sponsor”, captioning the photo of them punching: “MMA fighter, chiropractor and ten-year-old sober Dominic , is my new AA sponsor. “
Bam was known to have been cut by Jackass Forever and Jackass 4.5 in the middle of the photos after failing a drug test.
He later filed a $ 9.65 million lawsuit against the film’s producers, claiming he owed him millions in the franchise.
The Viva La Bam star also claims that Jackass was the reason for his fight against drugs, sharing in a legal document: “I had no problems with addiction and drug use until I started my involvement … with the Jackass franchise.”
