Vice President Kamala Harris has faced a rare bipartisan attack on Twitter following a post on Friday night’s “rights” fight for abortion.
In his official vice president’s Twitter account, Harris posted an image of himself covering CNN’s coverage of the election protests while flying Air Force 2.
“I know there are women who are afraid. For those of you who feel alone and scared: I want you to know that the president and I are fighting for you and your rights. We are in this fight together,” Harris tweeted.

Although several other Democrat politicians condemned the court’s ruling, many liberal Twitter users described Harris’s tweet as vague and pointless.
“Can you be specific? For example, * how * do you fight? Describe the tactics, explain the policy, give us a brief description,” wrote New York Magazine contributor Hillary Kelly.
Actor James Urbaniac joked, “I want you to know: we’re watching TV.”
“Hmm. 36,000 feet above all, I’m watching a big TV on a private plane and the message is “we’re in this together”? “I’m not sure you know exactly where we are now,” wrote Daily Kos writer Joan McCarter.

“Not Vice President Kamala Harris, who is watching the erosion of #RoeVsWade from his plane, from a distance. Anyone who thinks this is a good cameraman should be fired immediately. This is a literal embodiment of thoughts and prayers, “wrote writer Anna Gifti on Twitter.
Sports writer Trent Reinsmith repeated in a similar way: “So, more or less, ‘thoughts and prayers …’
Ernest Owens, editor-in-chief of Philadelphia magazine, tweeted to Harris: “Change your mind about this [changing the filibuster to protect abortion rights] and I will believe you. “

In 2021, court documents show that Harris was colluding with abortion providers while working on a case against pro-life journalist David Daylandon as California’s attorney general.
Most recently, in May, Harris met virtually with abortion providers at the White House to discuss the potential impact of the Supreme Court, which overturned Rowe v. Wade.
