A car landed on its roof after a crash in Stoke on Trent tonight (May 7). Emergency services were called on Trentham Road, near the Newstead Industrial Zone, around 8:30 p.m.
At this stage, it is unclear whether anyone has been injured and needs hospital treatment. A spokeswoman for the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service said a team from the Longton Fire Station had been sent to the scene.
She added: “No one has been trapped. There was a man on the ambulance team.

“We are still there at the moment, keeping in touch with the police.”
Witnesses say the crash closed the road. One said, “You can’t turn right from Sir Stanley Matthews Way.”
