Charges against broad-based Broncos successor Jerry Judy have been dropped three weeks after he was arrested and detained overnight for second-degree criminal manipulation with a domestic violence amplifier.
The Arapaho County Attorney’s Office has filed a motion to dismiss all charges against Jeudy, according to numerous reports.
Judy was arrested after an argument with the mother of Judy’s one-month-old child, but she said he never hurt or threatened her.
The 23-year-old Judy was the Broncos’ choice in the first round of the 2020 draft. He had a promising rookie season, but in 2021 he suffered a high ankle sprain in the first week and struggled in a difficult second year in the league.
