Police cordoned off a cafe on a busy street.
Employees are currently on Picton Road in Wavertray, in front of The Whistle Stop, where the cordon is set. Eyewitnesses described the scene as a “pandemonium” shortly after 2 p.m.
A photo shared on social media shows five police vehicles, including two minibuses at the scene. There is also scientific support.
