Ben tied the knot with long-term love Jessica in an intimate ceremony in northern Italy in 2017.
He told MailOnline the day was everything he dreamed of, joking: “I cried so many tears of joy, I needed a snorkel.”
Ben revealed that it was actually his “Nona” [nan] Rita, who performed the ceremony spectacularly while translating for the English guests, making it even more special.
On cloud nine! Ben shared a scan photo of the baby as he revealed his happy news that he and Jessica are expecting in November 2020.
‘Family is everything’: He accompanied his scan with a sweet, happy post
He said: “We got married in a small town in northern Italy where my grandmother grew up, near the River Brenta.
“We had a small ceremony of the closest friends and family. I arrived nervous and excited for the biggest day of my life and left with the wife of my dreams after a fairytale wedding.
“This is the beginning of our happily ever after.”
The couple have been together for 12 years and Ben popped the question in November 2016.
